Mediatec.net is a multicultural, international company that aims to provide all its services with passion, discipline and competence. Since 2008, mediatec.net has stood for advanced and high-quality software development solutions, specializing in software for medical devices and the pharmaceutical sector. We are a thriving company that has always been interested in IT development in order to stay up to date and provide the best possible service.
We operate internationally. Our locations in Germany and Poland work closely together and form a cohesive team of ambitious, young talents and renowned, experienced minds. This allows us to implement creative and innovative ideas that are based on many years of experience. Our employees come from different areas of the IT industry, so we can cover a wide range of services.
We mainly offer services for the medical and pharmaceutical sectors - we carry out projects for customers and theirs medical devices. We are ISO 13485 certified to carry out such projects. We see ourselves as consultants on complex issues and support our customers by meeting their expectations and developing their visions. We are also a trusted bronze partner of ARAS and a member of the HanseBelt Initiative.
The well-being and satisfaction of our employees is important to us, which is why, in view of today's challenges, we offer the opportunity to: to work stationary (Koszalin or Stockelsdorf), remotely or hybrid. When working in Germany, we help with finding accommodation and with formal matters. Our employees gain valuable experience in their daily tasks, but also by participating in courses and training on topics that interest them.
We regularly organize get-togethers and team-building trips where we get to know each other better learn, have fun, relax and grow together as a company. Employees are one of the most valuable connections for us, so we try to recognize their needs.
