as a partner in medical technology

And we continue – we have new insights from our world. This time we would like to introduce you to our expertise in the areas of pharmacy and medical technology and its possibilities.

Medical technology is one of the most important subject areas when it comes to human health and healing. As digitization progresses, the topics of software development and general IT services in this area will grow steadily in the future. Software development in medical technology is bound to critical criteria by ISO 13485. The requirements and standards specified in ISO 13485 must be permanently adhered to under all circumstances. This is the only way to constantly guarantee human protection and health-promoting measures.

We as have therefore set ourselves the goal of supporting medical device manufacturers in software development and IT service. This is the reason why we are currently in the middle of certification according to this ISO 13485 standard. Our headquarters in Stockelsdorf has already been successfully audited, and our location in Koszalin, Poland, will be audited in August. Then we have (hopefully) successfully completed the certification.

Thanks to our quality management system, which is specifically aimed at medical technology, we will be able to provide our customers with even higher quality software in the field of medical technology in the future. If you would like to find out more, please take a look at our “Industries” section:

Based on medical technology, we are increasing our focus on the pharmaceutical industry, which specializes in high-quality production of drugs and active ingredients. Because in pharmacy it is of course also about health and human life. Therefore, critical measures must also be taken here to ensure greater safety when handling the developed products. These aspects of the software quality of the IT systems are ensured using GMP. We also follow our QM system when developing software for pharmaceutical companies and also cover essential requirements from EU-GMP Annex 11 and Annex 15. You can find more information about this at:

Finally, a few words about (daily) current topics: We at are currently dedicating ourselves more to the IEEE 11073 Service-oriented Device Connectivity Standard. This is a communication protocol, specifically aimed at medical devices, which covers the area of application of potentially critical patient care. The communication protocol is primarily used in operating rooms, intensive care units and other areas of hospitals. The focus of the IEEE standard is on networking the devices used with each other, which intensifies data exchange. A very exciting environment and certainly an area with very high growth potential in the future.

Do you have any questions about the above topics or our services? Then I would be happy to be available as a contact person.

Until the next update. Your Lennart Elias.
