CHALLENGE

Complexity needs structure.

The EU ESPR and related requirements call for traceable product, material, supplier and compliance data across system boundaries.

OUR APPROACH

From a data point to a reliable process.

The DPP module combines PIM and RIM data into a usable digital product passport with QR code, API and portal access.

ARAS DPP AS THE CENTRAL HUB

Turn data silos into a usable product passport.

ARAS DPP connects product, material, supplier and compliance data, checks its quality and provides approved information for the right audience.

ESPR ORIENTATION · STATUS 1 SEPTEMBER 2026

Turn the regulatory framework into an implementable data foundation.

The Digital Product Passport is not a single form. Companies need a reliable data model, controlled approvals and publication channels that can evolve with product-specific requirements.

01

Framework

The ESPR provides the EU framework. Concrete DPP obligations are defined for product groups through delegated acts.

02

Infrastructure

The European Commission states that the DPP registry has been operational since 20 July 2026 and lists six DPP standards in the Official Journal. Product data should be prepared for unique identification and machine-readable exchange.

03

Timeline

The EU timeline remains phased: first sector-specific steps are planned from 2026; after ESPR delegated acts, economic operators have a transition period of at least 18 months.

We demonstrate the solution using a concrete scenario and discuss the right implementation path.
